We are SOOOOO excited to celebrate our first year of the AMAZING Women Alliance!   It’s been an awesome year, and we want to thank you all for your AMAZING support and  your help! 

AMAZING Women Alliance is a community of AMAZING, FABULOUS, TALENTED and HIGH-Achieving business women that are focused on building strong connections, developing lasting relationships, and achieving AWESOME results, both personally and professionally. No matter where you are in your career or business, we have created an environment of support, motivation, inspiration and leadership to help each other grow and thrive, reach our goals, and become even more successful.

Sylvia Stern, Keynote Speaker,  Professional Trainer, Communication and Image Strategist

Sylvia is a professional trainer and a popular keynote speaker. She has given hundreds of presentations in more than 35 states and Puerto Rico.   Sylvia's warmth and humor will immediately put a client at ease as they assimilate new ways of operating to achieve their full potential. As one client said, "Sylvia is a master change artist. She transforms men and women into more successful leaders." She is a founding member and Vice Chair of membership of the National Speakers Association Austin, a member of The National Speakers Association and a former vice chair at the Austin Chamber of Commerce, a member of Leadership Texas and Leadership Austin for over twenty years and  continues to be an active volunteer in  education and women's issues in the community.  She has a bachelors of arts in communication and masters of science in psychology.

Cherie Mathews,  Founder and CEO of Healincomfort and the Recovery Shirt

Cherie is the founder and CEO of Healincomfort. Cherie began her career in the field of computer engineering technology specializing in research and development for IBM.   She is a 17-year breast cancer survivor. Her patented and award winning post-operative garment, the Healincomfort shirt, allows for comfort and a surgical drains management solution for patients. The first goal was to help 100 Austin breast cancer patients and she is proud to say Healincomfort has helped more than 10,000 breast cancer patients.   Healincomfort also provides for Austin's patients as a gift through GiftingCare.org. Cherie Mathews was born to be an innovator and an entrepreneur.  Throughout her life, she has focused on the “possible” when faced with the seemingly impossible. Today she uses that experience and outlook to encourage others to find the inventor she believes exists in everyone. Cherie loves to mentor and encourage inventors and entrepreneurs.  For her, there are no problems – just challenges waiting for solutions and the next revolutionary idea.

Lee Moczygemba, International Speaker, Trainer, Speakers Bureau Chief, Speech Coach

Lee Moczygemba is a “late bloomer” who, at age 50, left Exxon to become a professional speaker and trainer.  Becoming an entrepreneur proved to be far more daunting and complex than she ever imagined!  Many trials and tribulations had to be overcome before achieving mastery of the craft.  Her experiences and courage will inspire, amuse and embolden you!  She is now 92 years young and still going strong!  Blessed with a sharp mind, quick wit, energetic spirit and boundless energy, she is still coaching business  professionals to speak, and helping  many ambitious, “young”  women  be confident, successful and happy!  Over the years she has received  several awards for her speaking and training expertise--the most notable:  “ Lifetime Achievement Award” from the National Speakers Association Austin in 2013,  and ”Mentor of the Year“  in 2016 from Women Communicators of Austin.  The story of her journey to success,  “WAKE UP---DRESS UP---SHOW UP!”  is due for publication in just a few months, and, of course, it’s all about SELF CONFIDENCE!

Lee doesn’t have much to do with old people.  She thrives on the company of young women-------LIKE US!!!!!!!
