WOW, WOW, WOW, I cannot believe that the AMAZING Women Alliance is turning FOUR, WAHOOO! What an amazing journey we have had together over the last four years! I have been so lucky to walk this path with each of you!

In 2020, we are all about INTENTION! At our AMAZING Women Alliance Birthday Bash we have the opportunity to come together for a night of celebration, networking, and fun! ABOUT OUR AMAZING SPEAKER - Beth Misner

Beth Misner is an author, speaker, and humanitarian who was named the Phyllis Richards Austin Icon of the Year for 2019 by the Austin Child Guidance Center. She has three Amazon best-selling books, and travels internationally to speak to audiences about her non-profit foundation’s global initiative, Business Voices. Her recent TEDx talk in Coriano, Italy, centers on her life path which has allowed her to heal from both a mood disorder and metastatic breast cancer.

Beth has an insatiable appetite for learning. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in theology. Currently, she is training and studying to become a medical Qigong healer.

Beth is also a black belt in karate, a T’ai Chi instructor, and teaches yoga and meditation at the Lake Austin Spa Resort.

Givers Gain has been a way of life for Beth, whether on a small scale, like picking up aluminum cans on the eastern Tennessee roadways where she grew up and cashing them in for the scouting program at her church and donating gently used business suits to the House of Ruth for women to wear for job interviews, or on a larger scale, such as being named the Humanitarian of the Year for the Red Cross for disaster relief support after Hurricane Katrina and building schools in the slums of Bangalore through Building Blocks and in Kenya at the Little Rock Orphanage.

Currently she is involved with two non-profit foundations – the BNI Foundation, for which she is the co-founder, and the Misner Family Foundation for which she is the administrator.

The BNI Foundation has been given its mandate from BNI members together with Beth and Ivan, as the co-founders: we support children and education. Business Voices is an initiative which takes the best of all of us and weaves it together to create an awareness of what the needs are in education today to business professionals whose mantra is also “How can I help you?” It shows us how easy it is to be a positive part of someone else’s story. And it has its own kind of emotional rewards for those who engage in learning how to be great noble networkers.
